Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel a scheduled session by providing the Tutor with 24 notice; if less notice is provided, the Client will still be charged for the session, except in cases of Student illness or family emergency. For the Diagnostic Assessment please make sure that your child has eaten, had a good night's sleep and brings their glasses or any other personal effect that they may deem necessary.
